These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions on this site.
They do not affect your Statutory Rights.
Making a Purchase
You will have an opportunity to check and correct your Order Details, up until the moment you submit your Order to our payment provider, which is Paypal, or Secure Credit/Debit Cards, by clicking “PROCEED” on the “CHECK OUT” page. We are unable to accept American Express cards. After submitting an Order to us, we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. This information is an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, and NOT ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER. Acceptance of your Order will only occur when you receive an e-mail from Ancestral Canine, confirming payment has been received. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason, and may invite you to pay by another method. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any Third Parties.
Delivery
Our Couriers are APC Overnight or DPD. Courier deliveries typically will be made the day following receipt of your order, where your order is placed with us prior to midday, Monday to Thursday. Orders received before midday Friday, typically will be delivered Monday. Orders placed after midday on Friday, or over the weekend, on Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched Monday, to typically arrive with you Tuesday. We do everything we can to meet this delivery schedule, however, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your business matters to us, and at Ancestral Canine, we try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all of your products, or in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please call us immediately on 07831 295599. Claims should be made within three days after the date of delivery, failing which the goods shall be deemed without defect, and in accordance with the delivery documents.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Ancestral Canine has no duty to update this site, and hence is not liable for any failure to update such information.
We may offer links to websites, external to this website, and Ancestral Canine are neither responsible nor liable, for your use of other websites.
